Did Jenny Craig Work for You?

One of my friends is going to start on Jenny Craig and says that since she's tried the food and likes it, it should work for her. Is this diet pretty easy to follow? Is it worth the money? For me, I don't think I could go with any diet plan where you have to buy their food since I'm a vegetarian and most of these diet companies don't accommodate vegetarians. But my friend isn't so maybe it will work for her. Do you think this is a good investment for her?
