Mylot is not going to pay anymore (I got an alert)

All I can say is I'm relieved that I don't use money bookers as my payment processor. Good thing is myLot is still gonna pay at least $4 for all the moneybookers account holders. I hope this wouldn't have any impact with mylot's reputation. It's not their fault anyway.

I don't have any moneybookers account. I used paypal for mylot instead. I am not sure of the quality of service of moneybookers. If paypal is not available in your country, how will you get your payment from mylot? I think you better contact mylot immediately to resolve such matter. I think mylot will look and offer for an alternative payment mode since that is the case. Goodluck my friend!

I also read this message.For me there is no problem and i am using paypal.I think they will introduce some alternate options like alertpay.

I am so sorry to hear that Paypal is not available in your country. I have an idea. If you have some good friends here, you can ask them to help you. You can write down their Paypal account as your payment account. When they get the payment, then they transfer to your Moneybookers or other payment websites. Perhaps it is the only one solution. Hi.It is indeed bad news for members who can only rely on Moneybookers to receive their payment. In my country, making withdrawals from Paypal was only available recently. And fortunately, I have decided months ago to switch from Moneybookers to Paypal. No need to worry about your future earnings. If Mylot says that they will do everything they can to make a solution to this problem, then they will do so. Mylot had so many detractors in the past, and was tried and tested. But still, Mylot still remains. Maybe, Mylot will look at another payment processor such as Alertpay. But still, it's not available in most countries. Hopefully, things with Moneybookers will smoothen out in time. I've been absent from Mylot for more than a couple of months. But my reason for still going back to this site is not just about what I may earn here. I've got friends I have met through this site and that's why I keep coming back.

Hi DarkSorrow, I hope that myLot comes up with another payment processor you can use. I have always been using Paypal and thus not affected by the move. If that happens to Paypal users, I think a lot of mylotters will kick up a big fuss! All the best! Hope everything is resolved soon.

Hello darksorrow, Oh, it has been six months ago and I am not sure whether you are still active here or not! I used moneybookers too before but I changed to Paypal after the alert. I even got a member here to transfer some money voluntarily so that I can withdraw the balance of my money in moneybookers. And it took me three months to settle that little debt as I was not really active due to busyness. Well, if you are still here just hope you will say hi again to me!

My guess is Alertpay will be the likely choice because it is a popular payment processor among MyLotters and is in many countries already. I wonder if Moneybookers is really permanently moving out of the United States market...that seems like an odd decision to me, and I'm sorry that so many people all over the world are being hurt by this move. Luckily for me, I've still got PayPal so this doesn't really affect me directly; I have a feeling though that this could affect all of MyLot indirectly because it will probably be somewhat quieter around here until another payment method becomes available.

well, you can always wait for mylot to get an approval from any payment processor that approves your country..^^ and by that time, you could have accumulated a good sum..^^ well, since alertpay is getting popular and eventually being accepted almost everywhere....I'm placing my bet on AP too..

Hi darksorrow,I reallt feel sorry for you.I also heard that mylot is not going to use moneybookers anymore.But,you do not need to worry as you can always create an account at paypal and get paid from there.I hope your country is accepted by paypal.Otherwise,you can wait for the time until mylot introduces a new payment method.

Mylot pays tru paypal.. I have'nt use moneybookers since from the start so mylot says if I use paypal from the start then it will not affect me and any other mylotters who uses the same... I think you just have to use paypal if it is active in your country. Dont worry, my lot will find ways soon... Goodluck

I won't leave because I have a paypal account. I think it will take some time but they will find something to take moneybookers place. Maybe Alertpay, they seem pretty popular these days.

I also read that alert message. Luckily I am using Paypal. Why not get paypal account to received your money while there's still a problem using moneybookers. After that problem resolve maybe you can still get your money left in your moneybookers account and transfer it to your paypal account..

Yes that is the bad way to end. Don't worry paypal will definitely be introduced into your country where you need to send the request to mylot as well to paypal saying that i need to have transaction hence they will definitely help out as there are many such members in mylot who will face this difficulty and they will also put a request which mylot will give us a way out.

I think you can choose Paypal for now. Does paypal accepts money from your country. Well in my case I have shifted to Paypal sometime ago and I am glad that Paypal has already opened to accept payments from us already.

May i know where u from? I am from Philippines and eversince i never get paid out using moneybookers because i was out of mylot for a long time. My last 2 payout's i get them through egold and there is no problem on getting and it is very easy. I have money in here and i am waiting to get paid soon. Im worried where can i get my money in mylot if there is no moneybooker or either egold. I dont know about paypal because eversince i didnt used that.

Obviously this is bad news for you in the short term, but it's obviously in MyLot's best interests to get a new payment processor sorted out as quickly as possible, so they don't lose members in the countries that are affected. So hopefully it won't be long before you're able to receive payments from MyLot again.

yeah i got same alert too, and it's kinda shock to whose using moneybookers to get paid. but as long as they paid using paypal, i think many of us would be save... huhu...

hi darksorrow..was it the alert that is popped out on the left top of our mylot page ? well, i dont believe it that much on moneybrooker, i'd rather paypal coz lotz of my indonesian ppl have already use it in here n make sure that its a very safe site. where do u come from darksorrow ? why cant u use paypal in ur country ?
