Do you like going to the grocery store, but hate putting the

I don't like doing any of it. But, if I had a choice, I would rather do the shopping than putting them away. I don't know why, I just hate having to bring everything in and put it away. It's not like it takes that long, or it's that difficult, I just hate putting everything away.

I don't really like either shopping or putting away -- I'd rather wash dishes than either of those! But I hate getting the bags out of the car and putting the groceries away more than the shopping. Mostly I am just too tired and sore after the shopping and dealing with my daughter, to carry them. And I also have only taken out the things I most needed and the things that need to be kept cold -- back when I lived in the city and couldn't always get very close to my door.

I have family members who are always around to help bring in the groceries. Why do you think we have kids anyway? Haha! Utilize them. Give someone a ride if they will help bring in the groceries. Think ahead.

Interesting question. I enjoy doing both myself, but I have a family to help as well. I like the shopping part because I enjoy comparing prices and figuring out what I'll eat and things like that. I like putting things away because I enjoy organizing things.

I dont mind grocery shopping. It is nice to get away from the house for a little while, but I absolutely hate putting the groceries away. Every time I come home and see the groceries laying there in the bags I always wonder why I bought so much because dont I realize I have to put them away when I come home. Hopefully someday I get use to it or just get someone else to put them away.

I guess most of us hate putting grocery up. Its funny to think that we love to shop but when keeping it, putting it and arranging it is like hard thing to do. Maybe because it consumes most of our time starting at the grocery itself or maybe it really got something to do with thinking. If we think we hate it then we hate it. ..lol well i admit its true though. Our thinking really influence are subconscious mind. Anyways, i also hate bringing in and putting up the grocery especially if its include meat and fish but i still have to do it except i had someone to do it for me...lol a rescue. Happy mylotting!

I can relate to your feelings to a 'tee.' I love going shopping, and the grocery store is no exception. When I do go, I try to go in 'segments' throughout the week, so as not to take home too much at the end of each trip. However, on some of the big trips, especially with my family, as we are driving home, we already dread getting home and having to put up all those groceries. We make plenty of trips to and from the car and into the kitchen. But finding a place for all those grocery bags is a different story!

I like the going shopping part, but I dislike putting the groceries away. I don't even like to take them out of the car. There have been times where I only take out the stuff that has to go in the fridge or the freezer and leave the rest till later.

I only shop one day a week, so it is a big trip. I usually time it so that my husband is home to help bring in the groceries. But he is not there, I am fine with bringing them in. I put them away immediately, I do not mind. My husband does not help with that because I want to find things when I need them. I love to shop, I am not thrilled putting them away, but since there are only 2 of us home, it does not take that long.

Every week we go through this and I do like grocery shopping as sometimes it can be fun. But not carrying the bags home! My husband helps me to put them away, but I'm the one who washes the vegetables and the other things that need to be washed before putting them in the fridge.

I don't mind grocery shopping as far as going to buy the stuff but if you think about it is never ending. I mean it seems you never get done transporting the things! From the shelf to the buggy then to the counter for checkout, then back to the buggy, then to the car from the buggy, then from the car to the counters and tables, then to the cabinets or refrigerator, then back out of the cabinets and into the pan, then onto the table, then back off of the table! ROFL GEESH never ending!

I hate both.. I don't like going to groceries much as I pile them up in the cabinet.. I also hate the weight in carrying those groceries..

Every week i like to go to grocery shopping.i enjoy it a lot looking what are on sale and it takes 45 min for my shopping i used to take my grocery bags with me not to put one on one it will be easy to carry and dump in home...sometimes it annoys me ...

I enjoy shopping of any kind, even groceries...but yes bringing the bags in the house adn putting stuff away...STINKS! That is why i have hubby and a son..lol. Hubby brings the stuff in, and my son is still at the age where he lvoes to be helpful...so he does alot of the putting away..lol. If he is helping me it makes him happy, and it makes my part of the putting away, a bit less miserable because he is doing it with me.
