Have you been pressured to be happy everyday?

Some people tend to do anything just to be happy everyday, whats the matter? is it the main course? do we need to be happy everyday? not just becuase it is what our physician says that could help us became more healthy but because as noble people says happiness is simply the aim that we have to meet in our daily livings. But the pressure of making ourselves happy is the reason why we cannot be, so why dont we let things as is and go with the flow of our mood, stop pressuring ourselves to do good things just to be a better person, rather, just be yourself and do what you want The contentment of being able to do what we want became the fuel of giving us little happiness everyday..
smile, cry, laugh, be mad.. that's us the only pressure that we cannot take is the pressure we give to ourselves...

we can be a happy person in our everyday life even the trials and sufferings that we encounter we still find a way to cure to pain and the only thing we can do is to smile and laugh to the problems that occur to us.
I have a mother in law that she never laugh and if ever she have to smile it is seldom, this was her behavior the time she knew that her husband got another woman but that was a long time ago that he confess to my mother in law, but my mother in law could not accept that her husband got a woman for she believe that her husband is very loyal to her. From that time we never see her mingled to people and always have sorrowful in her daily life. We could not help her because she never listen to us as her children for she believe that she gave am advice to the people and now she will have to listen to the words of others.

This is so well said, Anex! I couldn't agree more with you there.
I feel, we are running after happiness and in the process forgetting to stop by and appreciate the REAL happiness. We have forgotten to STOP, PAUSE and LIVE life! We are always in a hurry to excel and gather happiness. But happiness is just living life. living it in a happy way and living it well. I try to be MYSELF all the time. This gives me great satisfaction and releases the tension.
