Meh. Exercise is overrated.
Here's what you must do:
1. Don't eat regularly.
2. Don't take a dump regularly.
3. Don't sleep regularly.
4. Find a hobby that can distract you from eating.
I don't think you'd still get fat following what I suggested above.

Exercise is crucial to lose weight.You will need more energy to workout and therefore your body burns more calories.The number of calories you burn is directly proportional to weight lose,There are many sets of weight loss exercises which can follow,either a gy or your home can serve as a place to lose weight.The workouts you follow should be changed often to keep up your motivation.You should do the exercises in reps and try to beat your record.This will maintain your interest in following exercies regularly.Change the schedule and follow different workouts to reduce weight fast.

To lose weight quickly depends on a person's discipline over the process specially food. The best way I have found to lose weight quickly is to eat a low carb, high protein diet. Lean meat...not fatty meat. No pasta, bread, sugar or fruits. You have to cut out most veggies, too. Along with meat you can eat eggs, cheese, salads depending on what you put in them. Keeping your intake of carbs very low starts a process in your body called ketosis, which is when your liver starts to burn fat for fuel. You want to keep your intake of protein high so that your body only burns fat and not muscle. You can check the Atkins diet online for the specifics but if you change your eating habits and add exercise to your daily routine, you will lose weight rather quickly.
