All Things in life are temporary. If they're going well, enjoy as much as you can. They wont last forever. If they go wrong, don't worry, they can't last long either! What is nice about life is that each day is never like the other. Enjoy life and throw all your troubles away! Happy Mylotting....

That is really true! But its not that easy to do at times especially on a day to day basis. In one day there will be lots of test and challenges that may come on your way that you have to face. But I truly believe that we should enjoy it as much as we can despite the challenges that come along the way.

Maybe that is also why life is so precious that you have to juggle between this two and its your choice that will prevail for the day.

Hey dorothy! That is a great way to put it! I guess you are right! It sure is a good way to look at things and this way you can't really lose. If things aren't going good then they can get better. And if they are going good they enjoy them while you can! Makes sense to me! Thanks for the reminder! In other words make every precious minute count!

Hi Opal, Thanks for the prompt response. I for one, I make it to a point not to give more time on my worries Not to let my worries overcome me but rather I overcome worries..

I have to agree with you. I guess, we just have to learn to live with the thought of taking each moment as if your last because we will never know what tomorrow may bring us. I was able to watch Kung Fu Panda, there was a line I like said by the Wise tortoise, Tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift, that is why it is called present.

Let me share to this quote"The most constant thing in this world is change." Thus, making these things around us, even our lives, temporary. With this, we should enjoy life to the fullest.

Hi Dorothy, What you say is so true but putting it into practice is often the hard bit eh even though we know we all have highs and lows in life and each phase will pass living through the phase is it often difficult to forget this. I would love to wake up with a child like enthusiasm everyday but sometimes life concerns and responsibilty prevent me from doing so. Huggles. Ellie :D

How true you are dorothy!! All material things are just luxurys eg: even the computer and cell phones..so if something breaks down then really it would be a good idea to live without eg: the television, even washig maschines as a child before my mum was able to get one I remember had washing all my clothes...people or youngsters nowadays couldn't live doing things like that..but life is for today, tomorow never comes...littleowl

Reminds me of a story that I call to mind when things are really bad. This old gentleman always seemed to have a smile and kind word for everyone. His circumstances weren't the best, but he was a good neighbor and always available when any one needed help. One day he was asked by his pastor what his favorite Bible verse was and his reply was "and it came to pass". But, the pastor objected, that's just a partial verse. Makes no difference, said the old gentleman, I'm just thankful that it came to pass and it didn't come to stay. Thanks for the reminder.

That is a very good and sensible philosophy. We should all try to enjoy every day, and try not to worry so much. I know it's hard, as I'm a worrier myself - but most things truly do pass, and you look back on them later and wonder why you had let yourself get so upset.

yeah, it is very true, only change is permanent. So injoy your life to the fullest for nothing last forever. If you are in the top of your carreer now go and enjoy it while it is still there. If you are in the other side, just think positive for there is a rainbow after the rain. Happy mylotting.
