I'm from India, where there are no rules regarding stray dogs. I love dogs very much, but am against them being left alone on the streets to fend for themselves. Moreover, sometime they can be a threat to kids running around. I've tried to complain so many times to catch the actual culprits who are responsible for this. Every time a new construction comes up, the watchman of the site adopts a puppy. Once the construction is over, they just leave the dog on the street and go. Its mean and cruel. I really don't know how to solve the problem. If we complain to the corporation, they'll just kill the dog by strangling it. I'm on a drive to get people to adopt these strays. Please do the same in your areas. They are as loyal and loving as any of the breed dogs.
