My husband told me to cook last night, but the only thing in the fridge is fish. The first thing that comes to my mind is to simply fry it. Unfortunately, the only available cooking oil is too little. Hmmm... what i did is placed all the fishes in a small caserole, put half teaspoon iodized salt, squiz 3 pieces of kalamansi, sliced one whole regular sized white onion, three tablespoon vinegar, spring onions, one teaspoon cooking oil, big chili and cooked it for 10 minutes, smells good. The result is amazing, my small son ate fish for the first time, not mentioning my husband who have eaten three servings of rice that night. The recipe is so simple but the result is amazing.

Yummy, what kind of fish did you use? I've never used kalamansi before would any other citrus work with this? How hot did you cook it? I know it's a lot of questions, but I want to try this recipe too.

That sounds good! Necessity is the mother of invention, they say.
