yahoo messenger voice chat problem?

i am using yahoo messenger every day to keep contact with my friends. when yahoo messenger launched thier new version 9 i downloaded and installed it.after using version 9 i found a problem that call tab dissappears after 5 mins i login then it dont reappear. i checked it with in diffrent internet connection and computer but the problem still persist. the information that i got from yahoo messnger team is uninstall the messenger and re insatll . i even formated my system and installed it but the problem continue. so any one have the similar kind of problem
