why some people hate to work

work gives you money that pays for your food, clothes and shelter. so work is for living. work is essential, must and inevitable.
Like Darwin's theory of "survival of the fittest" Life is Work and one who works lives peacefully and happily.
But there are lot many people in this world who hate to work. Why ? Maybe
Present work gives less money.
Work atmosphere is not congenial.
Other people at work are not cordial.
You do not like boss or boss does not like you.
Work gives you stress.
You have to work at odd hours.
Lazy to work.
But work brings money to you and so you cannot avoid. Moreover everybody should do some kind of work as no work will lead to dullness, lethargy and an evil mind.
What do you think?

People who hate to work are probably stressed out already. 
I mean if you're energetic and all i don't think you'd hate working. And of course as they said, if these people don't like their jobs what then would make them love to go to work everyday?
Or maybe they have rich parents so they're lazy to work?

People probably hate their work,because they're forced to do jobs,they don't like.Nowadays you don't have many options in choosing your "dream-job".You have to take,what the market offers and it's getting worse and worse...
And people,who do jobs just to survive or feed their families will never get happy with that.They show same symptoms,you describe in your last sentence.
