i use to be this girls boss! but she has changed postions so she no longer work under me but i still see her at work from time to time. shes is 4 yers younger then me, she is 18 and we know each other for a year and a friends. anway she was shy around me when at first but since i started talking to her she really opened up, she tells me everything even about ex boy friends etc. she lets me touch her but i never touched her in a sexul way or hit on her. does she like me ? she borke up with her boy friend 4 month's ago. what should i do ?

I am not great at advise but I do know one thing... Don't get caught in the "Friend Zone".
This is where she looks at you like one of her friends and not as boyfriend material... I have been there to many times!
The only advise I can give you is to be upfront with her in a casual way, and ask her what she thinks about maybe a date or if she wants to just hang out... if she says just hang out, then she is probably not really interested, if she says date, then your IN!

BTW, My wife of 9 years was working for me when I met her! so its not always a bad thing, just something you have to be careful of!
