Obama the Renegade!

For a little bit of levity on Mylot, I read an article which talks about the Secret Service names of Presidents and Vice-Presidents (note these names are not so secret anymore, the names were made up in the days before encryption) and it seems these names are allocated to candidates and their wives as well. Obama has apparently chosen Renegade as his Secret Service name, his wife Michelle will be called Renaissance. The two children will be Radiance and Rosebud (note that all members of a President's family must start by the same letter, R in this case). John McCain's name is Pheonix whilst Cindy is called Parasol, as she apparently like fashion! Bush was called Trailblazer and Reagan was Rawhide as he enjoyed his cowboy films. Sorry folks but the article didn't mention Clinton's Secret Service name which is a shame. Perhaps one of you knows it? I don't know if Obama realised though that the original meaning of Renegade was someone who abandoned his religion, for example converting from Christianity to the Muslim faith. Oh dear! I suspect I've really set the hares running now!!!
