what to eat ?

Every one wants to be healthy . Healthy food is very important . I eat rice and noddle every day , what do you eat ? Do you know what shall we eat if we want to be healthy ?

Eat lots of vegetables and fruits. Eat non-starchy vegetables such as spinach,carrots,broccoli or green beans with meals.

I eated steamed bread before.Now I eat rice everyday.Sometimes I also eat noddle. I think the healthy diet is that you should not pick your food.Because every victual has its nutrition.To keep health we also need to take exercise.

Health is very important, because life without it is going to be miserable, and that's why we need to take care of our diet. Healthy food can ensure we have healthier body. Vitamin and nutrients are very important to keep us healthy. Therefore, we need to eat various kind of natural products. I take fruits 2 to 3 times everyday. Besides, I have minimum meat consumption and having more vegetables. Drinking purified water is very important too.

I want to be healthy so I read some nutrition books that could add my knowledge about eating healthy as you say you eat rice and noodles everyday they are both carbohydrates and too much carbo can be the cause of diabetes. It is said that eating a balance diet like carbo(like rice & noodles),protein (a match box size lean meat), vitamins in vegetables and fruits and lots lots of water.

You're definitely right in saying that healthy food is very important. But I think rice and noodle everyday is not too healthy. They are both carbohydrates and too much noodles can cause urinary tract infection. If I were you, try to include fruits and vegetables in your diet. Follow the food pyramid if you want to stay healthy and be healthy. I eat rice once or twice a day, meat, more on veggies and fruits and juices. I also eat oats sometimes because it's good to our health. I eat pineapple chunks and drink milk sometimes. I must say that I love junk foods and carbonated drinks but I limit myself now. I also encouraged my husband to eat more veggies and fruits since he is now high blood. We just ate broccoli with tuna, dried mushroom and whole mushroom yesterday evening. That's a perfect dish! We both love broccoli!

For food intake, it should be balance diet. Vegetables and meat combined, prefer to eat organic foods as much as possible and if available. Avoid vices that affects health... And I take vitamin supplements (ascorbic acid, Omega 3 and vitamin e)
