can friend be your lover?

In these days one of my friends feels very confused .He has a best friend and they keep in touch with each other for 7 years.and in these 7 years ,he never want to find a girlfriend because he gives his love to her all my time!In nowadays,he want to find a result about it,what can he do?Is there a possibility that a best friend of his be his girlfriend?If you have a good advice,please share it with me!thank you!:)

It is never sin to admit to the person you love that you love him/her.. For me there is a possibility that they will be together as sweethearts.. They already gain love to each other when they have taken a good care of their friendship.. the next thing to do is move up to the next level.. Just say it..

Well ,in my personal opnion ,if they have the feeling of love ,there must be some signals between them during their communication for they have kept in touch for so long.The purpose or intention for a boy and girl talk about love ,or in another word ,to become boyfriend and girlfriend is to prepare for future marriage,though the result may not be as we expect.Therefore,the key point may lie in whether the have the very feeling of love with each other,which we call the base of love.If so ,I think they will go together.So what your friend should do now is just find the signal of love from the girl.
