it's already 1 week that i can not sleep well and i don't wanna study, although i have many urgent works to do. i can not focus my mind on my study, while i know it's quite important. i prefer wasting time by sitting, sleeping or playing to do studying. my head is quite painful owing to lack of rest, but still sleepless. wha can i do?? have u ever been in this way?? how do u solve the problem??thanks for some help and advice!

Hello,
it can happens sometimes, that we are not in the right mood for about anything.
Sometimes, in these cases, can help take a reading of a good book. Nowadays we dedicate so few time to read, and that's bad coz reading is something that help us to open our mind. Of course i'm not talking about school books ;) I suggest you to find a book of something you like (narrative, poetry, adventure, and so on) and try to go to the park to read it. Find a nice place, sit in front of a table, order your tea and start to read. When you will be back at home, you will find you will feel much more serene, and you will be ready to do your daily duty.
