What is the best online payment processor for you? Right now I am using paypal, libertyreserve (for my hyip investments) and alertpay. For me it's paypal because paypal is accepted in one or two banks here in the philippines. Next is libertyreserve. Although I haven't heard of banks accepting libertyreserve here, I can change my libertyreserve balance to cash through pinoygoldexchange.com..

yes my new friend ill tell you my opinion.my and my friends opinion is pay pal .. yes we are all using that only. y because it is safe and secure it is our opinion only... but my self i believe that only 99.9% ....
