How many hours a day do you usually listen to music/radio/mp3??

After waking up, I go to the bathroom, I start playing my mp3 while taking a bath, this should take about 30 mins. I stop the music and while drying my hair, i would again turn it on. This takes about 20 mins. I would go home after 8 hours and turn on the television to watch mtv's and other music channels. I stay there for like 3 hours while doing some other stuff.. It's relaxing for me to listen to music..

lol.. thats too much!!.. i listen to it on an aerage for about 2 hrs or so... mostly during travelling.. as i use public transport.. so music distracts me from boredom as well has from the exhaustion

I forgot to mention, when i when i was a kid, i sleep with the radio on :) I can't sleep without music, lol, am i weird or what? :) It's a stress reliever and as you said, it's also a distraction..

it is astress reliever.. but if used iexcess it cn be a source of stress as well.. use it in moderation buddy!
