Is there anything wrong with mylot?

Hi., bebyorchid.., As the users are increasing very fastly, site is facing some downtime errors in the peak times. Don't worry about it. They will soon upgrade their bandwidth when it was required. Lets hope so. Thank you.

I think the servers experience some overflow at certain times of the day, especially at noos when everybody is around, you get all discussions and responses fly....ing in and new comers also registering. I think for a forum or social network like mylot you will always experience this kind of problem There is absolutely no problem with your computer system as you might have thought, if you have noticed that if you post your discussion and responses at certain times...the server is fast but there are certain times when you feel like oh!!!!my god the response take time to post and that the time when most people are online

Thi happens on and off all the time here actually. Some days it runs smooth and fast for me. Then other days very slow even with DSL hook up here. They notify us when they do an update nactually. So I doubt that's the case. It's just one of those days I guess. Mine is and has loaded quickly all day today. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

It may be your internet connection, babyorchid, because I am typing here and responding to several discussions, and I am having a very smooth and fast experience interacting with myLot server. It only takes me no more than half a minute to send out a post after I have typed it in. Most days, I don't get slow response from this site, and I am on a 3Mbps broadband connection.

Well more and more users are joining so it might get slower and slower. OR you may be having a computer problem. You also might be trying to access the site at a really busy time and your computer can't take it. If that's the problem I would just come back to the site later, or let your computer rest. It oftens have to do with the site, but if it continues I would say it's your internet/computer.

its not the problem of my loy its the problem of your internet connection. me too have the same problem . i am using gprs connection so the problem is more worse. but i dowmloaded and intalled the opera browser it works fine with my lot. i am getting high speed even with gprs/edge connection

It is all the traffic. And I can fell the snail pace especially in the evenings when the final accounts are being settled.

speed has gone down with every upgrade, but this is a normal speed now, i dont see any slowness, witht he routine speed, thats another thing that the routine speed too needs to improve ;)

No, not to my understanding is anything wrong.. I know that when myLot is updating, it may go a little slower.. But, it picks up eventually. As far as now is concerned I see nothing wrong. On my end I am okay.. I hope that yours will get better sooner or later.. It could just be the connection speed of your laptop..

The connection is fine here. So, I think there is nothing wrong with mylot in my computer.

Hi babyorchid...I think that would be a problem with internet connection. I did not have any slow response when using mylot so far. But I think it would be related to mylot anyway as many people using it and it has many picture and text. By the what are the speed of your internet connection?=)

it works well on my laptop so far.. i feel sorry for you..you might used plenty of time to work on myLot.. i think your laptop might have virus..do you have any ant-virus installed in your laptop?? how much RAM do you use for your laptop??cuz if it's large such as 2G RAM, there you have problem with virus thing only...and if not, you have both problem... or..ur internet connection...i don't know..

in my opinion, i think it is your network or computer devices problems. Check it carefully and find out what is the exact propblem.

If u are dailing using this site than ofcourse u have the problem in the system Clean ur temp files Go to run & type %temp% Press ENTER. Than ctrl A & Shift Delete button I think ur problem will be solved Or Pls delete ur temporary internet files.It must be full
