what is the best way to stay in touch with your daughter when she is so far away. we both are very busy and have limited income but have not seen one another for 25 years and really feel the need to hear each others voice but it cost so much.does any one have any ideas?

hello my friend! I think with such limitations, the best way to keep in touch with your daughter is to send her emails and photos thru it. or you could just give her a call once in a while for more personal touch. It's not much but way far better than nothing at all.

I also have the same problem with my family. We are spread out all over the world. One way to stay updated on pictures and daily activities are in Facebook. I just discovered this and I even found many old friends I have lost touch with over many moons. Other ways to stay in contact via voice is thru yahoo messenger. THat is wonderful too. I do this with my family everyday. We talk and webcam so we can see each other while we are talking. Technology is so awesome and there are so many vehicles out there we can use nowadays to stay in close contact with those we love and cherish. You feel like you don't miss a thing, other than the physical contact. Hope this helps you out.
