Got a funeral to go to...

Well, i have to decide wether to go to a funeral, my uncle has recently died (This week to be specific) and i have to decide wether to go to the funeral or not, earlier on this year i went to my Step-dad's dad's funeral and to say the least it was very hard to get through. What i want to know is if i should go or not? If i don't will i regret it later on in life? And if i do will i be abel to handle it better this time as i've experienced it once already? Or is it always the same no-matter how many time's you go? Well the bit i can't stand is just the thought of a real person being inside the coffin... It's unbearable for me to think about... What would you guys do?
