Gay Marriage Will End The World...NOT Global Warming

Regardless of what religion you preach, or don't, you dont have the right to tell anyone to live that way. So a book told you to condemn anyone who didn't follow blindly like a sheep, that's great, but not for me. Proposition 8 cannot be spoken about without mentioning the church since the Bible is the only place that says gay marraige is wrong. Maybe you hate seeing 2 men or women kissing, but who gave you the right to say thats not legal, no one. The bible states its not right so the legislation uses that one document that was most likely written to brainwash the masses, as proof. Therefore it is a religious proposition whether or not the people say so or not. The reasoning couldn't ever be for a law to be passed simply becase we dont like it, like 4 year olds. Im sure "god" says to do and not to a lot of things, but consider for a moment how the bible never says anything about global warming, but that doesnt make it right. Give me a break and spend your time thinking about better things. Stop ruining our so-called made in 7 days by "God" beautiful earth, im sure hed like that a little more.

Hi JulianaRose, I'm not really sure what your stand is on this matter since your title seems to tell me your against Gay Marriage and then the body of your discussion seems to tell me otherwise, or maybe I just didn't understand? Silly me! Anyways, whatever your stand is, I will respect that. Personally, I don't see Gay marriage as proper and ethical since, yes, I'm a Christian and I believe the Bible. But that's my personal belief and I'll appreciate it if others will respect that as much as I respect others' opinion. Funny however, I had a dream the other day. I gay approached me to "force" me to sign annulment papers. Hmmm, my ex-hubby is gay and we aren't legally separated yet though I haven't seen him for 4 years now. It turned out that the gay who approached me was my ex-hubby's lover and they wanna get married so I should set my ex-hubby free. Hmp! As if that wasn't my biggest dream! Hahaha! I wanted to be free from that marriage so even if I think gay marriage is wrong, I signed the papers right then and there and wished them luck together . But oh well, that was just a dream. Sad.
