CIAO PROBLEM!!! friends, come in and help me!!!!!

hello all mylotters. I have joined ciao sit recent two days.and several friends on mylot has added me in ciao too.I realy appreciate them a lot.But when i login into ciao account and open my friend profile.though i saw there are several open friends requests there,but whatever i clink the accept button,it is just no response.It seems i couldn't confirm this friend request in my account,and in the bottom left of the web, it indicated it is just a web error.so i have to send the friend request to them.it is so annoying to a newbie on ciao. so what wrong? did you meet this kind of condition, if so, how to resolve it? Thanks a lot.
