Money bookers is suspending service for US customers!!!!!

Hi all, Did you receive message from mylot saying they are suspending account for money bookers and If it says to enter a Moneybookers email address then please do so now as on or about November 14th, 2008, we will send payments to everyone who has updated their Moneybookers email address and has accumulated a minimum of $4.50 in earnings. Anything under $4.50 will not be paid out at this time. Going forward, you can still participate in myLot and continue to earn, but you will be unable to receive payments until such time that PayPal is offered in your country of residence. Do you think this is fair. And how far is Moneybookers good than paypal.
