What is your healthiest sandwich concoction?

My favorite is to take a pita and stuff it with avocado slices, honeysweet onion slices, grated raw carrot, grated raw beets, slices of Clausen Bread and Butter pickles, tomato slices and a tablespoon or two of reduced fat feta cheese. Then I sprinkle it with low fat Italian dressing. That is so good! What is yours?

I think my healthiest sandwich is grilled chicken and tomatoes with some provolone cheese. Although it is not 100% healthy it is probably better than a cheeseburger which is my first choice.
LOL
I know it is not that healthy - I just really hate most vegetables and chicken doensn't fill me up that much.

Boy, does that sound good. I put tahini on it, too. A dream come true.

My healthiest sandwich would be pita bread, which I have to get at my local health food store. I don't know why a Walmart Supercenter wouldn't sell that. Anyway, add some sliced tomatoes, some turkey bacon, and mustard, and I'm all set. I can substitute Miracle Whip for mustard. I like Miracle Whip I think because my mom never bought real mayo. It was always Miracle Whip. So I'm used to that.
My sandwich pales in comparison to yours. We are humbled.

You are so sweet.... :) I don't eat bacon. I do love Naysoya mayo made from tofu. That is very, very good. I love fresh tomatoes. Walmart does not sell pita bread? Wow!
