That's a very good question NonaSaile! I used to wonder about how poetry translated into other languages. I had to stop though because the curiosity started to drive me crazy! Hahaha!

On the side, there is this old song in my local dialect, hauntingly sad and romantic, that I tried to translate to English for personal purposes. I gave up, because the translation just would not catch the spirit and the message of the song - kind of drove me crazy too!
