Watching Cops Uncut on tv got me thinking.......

Could you pass a police sobriety test even without touching a drop of liqour?? I know I couldnt....with my balance and memory I would be arrested even though I am completly sober!!

I know I can't because this happened to me a couple of years ago. I was not paying attention and I swerved left to center and got pulled over and had to take it and failed I might add! I couldn't walk a stright line! LOL After some convincing the officer I took a breath test and passed so he let me go. Scared the crap out of me. I had not had a drop to drink!

SO why I ask do they do them...is i to scare us straight?? I think it is silly to me.

I think if you submit to a breath test you don't have to do the (mental) acrobatics, so it's nothing you'll need to worry about.

Yes I understand...But it the whole concept of the sobriety test. The question and test they get you to do most sober people would find it challenging.
