i dont know why my sister always give us problem

why there is what you called black sheep in the family? i remember not so long ago, when my sister is still 14 years old, she fell in love and become a mother at the young age. then i saw my mother cry.. i dont know what i have to feel on that time. i am 4 years younger than my sister. all i know is my mother is very hurt even she show how strong she is. Now, my sister is 31 years old and still she give problem to us, not only to my mother but also to me. She is an employee in the place where i also work as part of the admin, then one day she violates rule. then the adminitrators invite her to the office and they also invite me. althoug they dont give them action about what they done, i am shy about what happen.
