When you shop on Ebay is there a limit you are willing to spend on something? Me personally I am nervous about purchasing stuff online that is over one hundred dollars. do you have a limit you will spend on Ebay or do you trust the site completely?

I'm not really a shopper at Ebay but if I was I would only stick to the low-priced items UNLESS the person I might consider buying from had an extremly good rating & it was something I REALLY wanted. As of this day that hasn't really happened yet. I also do extensive research before I buy anything sort of big, that applies to in person stores as well as places online such as Ebay.

I spent over $1,000 on a single item at Ebay. I've had sellers that stiffed me before but paypal has always returned my money.

Yeah, I guess I have spending limits when I use the site. Not anything concrete, but when I have some money that I intend to use for bidding or buying stuff there, when it starts getting to the price where the item is half of what I have, then I start getting hesitant. Of course, if it's two items being sold together that I really want, then I don't mind as much.
