What's the best thing to do?

I'm feeling ill right now.I may say,I am mentally and emotionally stress! This doesn't do any good for me.I'm thinking a lot of things...problems,concerns and so on which definitely causes stress for me.I'm trying to avoid it but I can't help myself.I can't think of any intervention right now just to help myself cope from this so I'm badly asking my friends here on what should I do? How will I able to cope? thank's! You're welcome to share

Take time to relax, sleep sometime or maybe you can do travel somewhere that relaxes your mind beach perhaps, a forest or somewhere something like that, or maybe watch a movie, sing a song, stroll, go out dinner and take a friend with you. Talk to someone you trusted about the things that going on with you lately. Maybe make a list of your priorities and cut off the things that isn't essential. Take the moment one step at a time, enjoy life.

Get some vacation and do every things that you like the most, sometimes by doing that your problems will gone and you will be better.

uh, better hang out with your friends. or keep your self busy, or just sleep. i also experience the same way as you too yesterday. i just go to mall with my family then after we went home, i sleep. happy mylotting!

If you are feeling mentally stressful then you should do different things which you don't do regularly.Don't stay alone.Avoid loneliness.It will affect you badly.Every time do something and keep yourself busy enough.And if you are feeling physically stressful then you should need some rest.....

hey! when i'm stressed i really find time to make myself pampered maybe go to a parlor, spa,etc. it really feels good because you'll be forgetting the things you're worrying about. and you can also try singing!! singing makes anyone's feelings better. trust me. sing out loud! take care.

Hi bestie I think you should listen to songs, watch comic movies or read books. Anything that you can relax and still do. You can call your friends and have fun. Take care and have fun dear.

You really would feel ill when mental and emotional stress were combined. Many would call it as psychological sickness. I would usually experience the same. What I do is do yoga, but sometimes doing that really needs determination and at least 1 hour of your spare time. Hang out with friends would likewise help. Go to church or nature tripping like going to the ocean park. But, if you really want something that has aster efect with no effort at all, try taking the Himalayan Goji drink...PM me when you have some inquiries about it. Give some time for yourself.

Well, taking out a piece of paper and writing them out might help. Then sorting them out in order of priority to resolve may be the next step. Sometimes, when we try to figure things out in the mind, it gets all cluttered up with other thoughts. Writing them down will clarify things a little. IT will also help you to focus your thoughts when you are trying to think of a solution for the problem you listed. Try it. It is plenty useful. Sometimes, writing it down now just to clear your mind helps too. Then come back to it when you are ready to tackle them with a fresh perspective.

Hi dear well, i never saw anyone satisfied with life so u r not alone just make a habit to take all problems of life as challenge and deal with them dont let them overcome U and other think, get some time for urself. go for ride, go for strolling, enjoy parks, enjoy friends and their company, watch movie, read books and i am sure u will be better did i say have proper sleep tooo? Just remember what your hobbies are and get engaged with it.You will have no stress in your hobby and after sometime resume to your work.It will make the difference.

PRAY! I know, lot of people advice that, but what I mean is not just pray, but you also have to believe in your heart, that this thing that makes you stress it will go away, that you can cope it, you can fight it and win. You have to have faith, even if just a little (better if it's bigger) but you have to have faith that no matter what happen you'll survive, you'll get pass this, you'll be a better person. You can make it! plus... you know... do all the things that you enjoy. have fun a little , take a rest from your stress, fill your energy before you face it again. Good luck handling your stress!

I use to manage stress, listening musiq, playing violen and i like chocolates, and i feel i get refreshed after having my chocolates. And best remedy is Meditation, try breathing exercise, it will help you balance and handle stress.

Go have a shower first. Make yourself comfortable and relaxed. Slowly, one by one, think about your problems and find a solution for each one of them. If you get tired, go take a nap. That's what I always do.

try watching a happy film, maybe if you'll laugh over it your feeling right now would be different, just try it out, or read something that is good, or try going out with friends for you to forget the things that keep on popping in your mind...

I can say that the way to handle problems is to face it. The more you try to forget about it...the deeper the impression will be. It just pile up. How do you deal with problems is the key. We all faces problems in our daily lifes and sometimes when they come at the same time, it appears to be overwhelming. My solution is to deal with problems one at a time by prioritizing them. There are some problems that aren't really problems, they are only created by the person himself thus these are the ones that get to the lowest ranks in my list. Whatever the situation may be, you should always be optimistic in the sense that always thing about how the situation may be worst than now. When you think of the best possible situation, you get the worst hits front side causing major psychological damage. We are only humans and we do not have control over everything so if you know that there is really nothing you can change the environment (situation) then you may want to consider changing yourself to suit the environment. ie. If you really cannot tolerate your company's culture and you have failed on numerous attempts to change it. Why not consider a job switch when an opportunity comes knocking at your doorstep. Stress is part of every person's life. Stress is defined as a force that one cannot handle. In psychology, stressor is a perception of incapable or difficulties of dealing with an issue. Stress may sometimes be self implemented as one believes that the task is very difficult but it may be really simple with the right training. Adequate amount of stress promotes learning. When you add the stress factor bit by bit, one is able to learn to cope (skills / strategies) and build confidence (adequate training) to face the problem again. Our brain is complex in construction but is not a biological encyclopedia. It is normal that you feel stress when you had no knowledge over a problem a therefore you are not able to come up with a solution. However, we are equipped with fundamental skills that allows us to devise new strategies (advance skills) to tackle tougher challengers that comes by the day. If you really feel helpless, do seek out an expert's advise. I too always approach the right people to present me with basic concepts on how to deal with a specific problem. From there I build on the core ideas and work on different approaches. In this case, my brain is building "schemas" (my personal understanding) and would be able to take on the challenge bit by bit. However, you must weight the situation. If the problem is critical, get the expertise to deal with the problem immediately. I hope that the information above is helpful to ya.
