I found this site that hire skilled people in different field such as a writer, web developer, programmer or administrative assistant. You can work as part time or full time. They US $ They pay in weekly basis. This is not a PTC its far from that!. What you have to do is to sign-up as a freelance provider then create your profile, choose your mode of payment take the exam and pass it! then you can apply for any job there.

Odesk is a very good site to look for jobs online. However, because of great competition from different members, it is never easy to find a job there unless you really have an specialized knowledge on certain things.
But it is worth the try, I guess.

Hello there. I am the member of odesk, but I have never got a job there. It found it is so hard for me to do that job there. I think I should have made something as my portfolio or something to make them believe my ability to do the job? And oh yeah, I think I should remind you that you are not allowed to put referral link in the discussion...

Yea. I have heard about that site and it looks very serious. There are some jobs that are paid 20 $ hourly if you do everything right. I think you should add here for people that in order to be bale to get jobs in thet site you should pass their sufficiency tests. In addition you should download and install their programm where they control you while you are accomplishing job. Their program is taking screenshots while you are doind a particular job so afterwards you are able to proof whether you worked or not. That is a serious place to earn money.
