Hi there Star Dust!
Well, if you want to withdraw your money from your paypal account to your bank account, you will definitely need to have a verified paypal account ant to be able to do that, you should have a credit card.

According to Paypal any Debit card with a Visa or Mastercard Logo on is a credit card. I contacted them about verifying my account as I have been reading lots that debit cards that has a MasterCard Logo is being denied unless you will add your debit card that has Visa Logo. Inquiring about it, they said that any debit card with visa or MasterCard Logo is considered as a credit card.

I think so. you would be required to have a credit card and verify it with paypal or register it with paypal before you can withdraw or transfer funds or even transact online using your paypal account. i think that's quite logical that they require such a safeguArd.

I dont think you will need a credit card to draw money from paypal. when they send you money they deduct their fee from that, credit card if not necessary for transaction.
