Psychologist believe we can all be happy by being more positive, they suggest we substitute more positive judgments for negative ones, spend time on gratitude lists and journal good things that happen in your life. Psychologist believe the more time we spend focusing on positives over negatives, the happier will be. If something positive happens to you, your level of happiness rises and if something bad happens to you, your happiness drop momentarily.Habitually happy people assess reality very accurately and take decisive and often very creative action. Once they are confident they have made good decisions, they put the full force of positive expectations behind their drive to excel and do well. habitually happy people don't ignore misery. they know misery has some meaning. happiness strongly affect your life, and if your not happy it can affect your life also. the way you treat ourself and others is directly connected to your happiness, you will treat others well if you are happy. Make someone else happy and you'll remember easy it really can be. The happiest days of our lives is when we see the smile of the person we love whom we care about. Even helping a stranger can remind of how much you really have because of how much you can give. serve at a rescue mission and you will learn the true meaning of I cried because i had no shoes and then i meet a man who had no feet. There are many things you can do to maintain your happiness. First we must ask for Gods forgiveness and be thankful for all the blessings that he gave to us. Exercise for at least 20 minutes. Write down positive things about yourself. Spend at least 20 minutes in silence reflecting on your day, your hopes and dreams in your life. surround yourself with happy people, stay away from people that like gossip, rumors, troublemakers and make fun of others. Breathing fresh air and spend time outdoors, in the sun is one of the best and easiest ways to lift your spirits and make you feel happy.

I think the best way to maintain our happiness is share with friends. Because when you share your happiness with friends, it means that you can multiply your happiness with many times. And when you sit with your friends and talk about old memories and you will happy more because your friends still remember all.

and not only that, you will maintain happiness if your heart is full of goodness, think positive always, remove all the negative elements in your mind, and be with our God always, sharing happiness with other is not permanent but with the lord Our God it will be permanent forever.
