Hello everybody. Well, i'm not a US citizen, and i want to start my own project, the problem is that i can't get money out of my country so ... Do you know where and how can i get a MasterCard to use in the internet ? Have you try it yourself ? How much does transactions cost ? Can you please help ? Thank you all!
