I've heard strange rumours about AP, that they send you cheques in dollars which you cant cashout unless you have a dollar account and such.
I'm using paypal myself, and recently i've requested my first withdrawal into into my bank account. The fees is higher, but its worth the no-tesion feeling you get when using their services.
For withdrawal, AP requires that you have $100 min in your balance, whereas paypal asks for $150. But AP's bank transfers are the worst. They never reach your bank sometimes, and their customer service was terrible. Paypal is the better choice. It charges Rs 50 for transfer and for larger amounts ($190) no fees.
I would urge you to pick Paypal rather than AP as my experience with them have been much better. Their customer services responds via email within 2 days now as well.
Its obviously the better choice.

paypal is the best option for withdrawal in India. To get ur money from paypal to a bank account in India all you need is your bank account number and IFSCI code of the bank branch where you have the account. For smaller transactions it cost Rs.50 and for transactions above Rs.7000 it is free. But remember paypal is income-taxable in India.Hence it is very important that you should declare paypal money when you are filing tax returns in India.
