Australia no way closer to India

Australia was a good team as long steve waugh was their captain
bt ever since ricky ponting became captain this team might have won matches bt they never won hearts
Only Indian team has managed to challenge dem from time to time
bt now since India has actually thrashed dem in all three formats of cricket
remember India won 20-20 world cup match den they beat aussies in Australia
and now in test series too
so it make sense to say aussies are more vulenrable to defeat dan they were before
we indians were way ahead of dem in sydney in game spirit
had they no cheated we had dem pinned rite there
bt enough is enough
we have beaten dem fair adn square
so wat do world cricket fan say abt dat
is australia still invincible

Yes with the current form Indian team is in and the way Australia played it is for sure that they were not match to the current Indian team and specially when we are playing at home. Well but the main test is whether we can play the same level of game which we showed at home. It is this quality which makes a team the best in the world. Australia was successful in doing that when they had the likes of Warne and Glen. But now their bowling attack is weak and if we can lift our game overseas then we can be the best team in the world.

let me remind u dat we were better dan cocky aussies in australia also
wen we toured them earlier this year
thanks to umpirin blunders and fourth umpire(ricky ponting) we lost s match we were winnin
anyway its not better to dig all those things now
i m just sayin dis aussies sucks

I think the last great Australian captain was Mark Taylor. After him both the captains, Steve Waugh and Ricky Ponting just had too good a team which they inherited from Mark Taylor, otherwise they have not done anything spectacular as a captain.
Now with these great players retiring, Ricky is completely exposed. His decisions and his demeanor are not worth that of a world class captain and hence Aussies now are beginning to struggle.

no actually i mean captain who play cricket wid game spirit
since i was not a gud at catching cricket while mark taylor was captain
my only point in favour of steve is dat he is too good a human as against ricky's pathetic nature
he once called" d way he plays his cricket he is proud of it"he is an a**hole a complete loser as far as i kno
i have respect for mark taylor as well steve waugh

Vicky you are partly true. But i still feel ricky as a great captain and can any time turn the tide and coming to spirit of the game its only INDIA at any given points of time in that sydney match. Gilly, symmo and now ricky again ignited by giving their own statements in their dailies.

he preferred to lose d match nd hence lose d chance to level d series instead of winin so dat he and only he can benefit (not gettin banned for 1 or more test)
and d way they play cricket . can u actually call it cricket
i certainly cant
even in this series they were tryin to rattle d indians bt they were really %^$%^$^^$ by d indians
i m proud of dat
