I'm sorry you fell for what clearly appears to be a scam. There are lots of genuine opportunities online, but do be careful. Try and do as much research as you can about a company/program before making any kind of decision.
In regards to this particular company, cut your losses and move on.
take care...

I'm afraid that it's very likely to be a scam, especially if you have been asked to pay money for the package. Moreover, if it was something you were sent as an email, did you sign up to receive it? If not, then it's spam and doubly unlikely to be genuine. My guess is that 'the business' probably consists of promoting and selling the very e-book or package which you bought.
There are many adverts that claim to be able to show you how to earn such amounts for so little work. Unfortunately, they are ALL being less than honest. All the people who are making that sort of money actually work MANY more hours than that a month and also have several sources of income that they are continually promoting. There is a point when, having put in long hours promoting a business, you may reach a time when that sort of money is coming in for very few hours work (actually, that 'two hours a month' would easily be taken up by simply managing one's PayPal account, transferring the money to the bank and filling out your tax returns!) Every business, however, needs continuous work to promote it, adjust it and keep it on track.

Yes I have joined some of such sites and my experience says that all of them are nothing but pure scams.
