I had a friend that recently told me that he heard, if you put in a dip (tobacco) before you blow a breatherlizer, it will cause you to blow 0 even if you have consumed alcohol? Has anyone ever heard of such? Is this true?

i didn't ask if it worked so i could go out and drive drunk.. if you read the ? again, you'll see that my intention never was to try it out. if i was gonna try it out, then i could get my answer that way, rather than asking..
i was just wondering if anyone else had ever heard that..

No, it's not true. There are many things which have been said to fool a breathalyser but none that are known to work.
