Weight gaining is a much great problem.Because of weight gaining, my grandmother is suffering a lot. She has got hypertension for about ten years, besides this she also has gout and recently she gets diabetes. Doctors said her to control diet, sleep, drug and change in lifestyle. Doctor said her to do some sort of aerobic exercise everyday. But she still can not do it. She feels so much tired and totally exhausted with it. We informed doctor, but he still says to do it and says that after some days it will be okay. but she have to do initial task as said to do.

actually there is one other way to lose weight but, it is not recommended. to not eat. if you do not take on weight you do not gain weight. however, it may cause you to overeat and gain more calories. anyway if you limit your grandmother's calories to about 1500 calories a day her metobalism should take care of of the calories.
happy mylotting...peace out -gbeast95

She could loose weight strictly by cutting her calories but for permanent weight loss exercise is key. It will not only help her lose weight but it may also help her with some of her medical conditions. Your Grandmother doesn't have to exercise until she becomes exhausted. Can she walk for five minutes? Just have her walk for 5 minutes six times a day and she'll get 30 minutes in. Once that gets easy, she can increase it until she can walk the full 30 minutes a day. That should make a tremendous impact in how she feels. She'll also find that as she gets into shape, she won't feel tired and exhausted. She'll have a tremendous amount of energy. Once she gets the aerobic exercise down, she should add some weight training. My Husband & I do 15 minutes of weight training a day and 45 minutes of cardio six days a week. My Husband no longer takes blood pressure medication and I finally found a long term solution to a life long weight problem. Encoourage your Grandmother and walk with her. It's so much easier to stick to an exercise program if you have an exercise partner. Good luck to your Grandmother
