Do you tell your friend if he/she doesn't know he/she hurts you?

There are times when we are hurt by what our friend do or say but he/she didn't know that we are hurt. If this happens, do you tell your friend straight-faced that he/she hurts your feelings? or just keep it to yourself and let time heal the wound?

That's my problem sometimes. There are times when my friend unintentionally hurt me and I just keep quiet and didn't talk to her. She's wondering why I am like that but I just can't tell her because the reason is so simple. I am quiet sensitive sometimes that's why I really want to change but I realized that if it's really in me, I can hardly change it.

well i think if he / she is close then he can get n idea of how we feel about a certain thing by seeing our reaction, if they doesnt then yeah.. communication is the best way to sort and make things clear ;)

i can do this sometimes in a fun and joking way. but if it hurts a lot and its too personal i wont talk to them. as your friends, they should be able to understand that you got hurt with what they said.

If it happens to me ,I will tell him or he my feelings. I believe that our friendship can be strenghthened in this way,for friendship needs us to maintain by heart.

I dont tell anyone anything til i think its the right time to tell them. Time doesn't heal btw. Because you can still remember it and knowing that they got away with it makes it even worse and you haven't told.
