What do you think of the movie Penelope?

Hmmm..I haven't seen that movie, is it a new one?

i think the story was nice i like it. my boyfriend and i watched it together. while watching we kept imitating her nose and that made it a comedy (:

I really liked the story, but found it so sad that if only her parents had loved her like a parent should, then the curse would have been lifted. instead they wanted to change her, and not love her.

I have never seen the movie Penelope but I have seen a lot of previews for it and I have heard a lot about the movie,and I remember when me and my fiance and my parents went to the movie theater for my birthday back in February we saw a preview for the movie Penelope,and it seemed like it would be a really good movie,and I think my mother was even talking about that it looked like a movie she would want to see and I think it is a movie that me and my fiance will try to see at some point since it is out on DVD or at least I think it is,so maybe the next time me and my fiance go to the movie store to get some movies we will see about getting that movie and watching and if we do I am sure my parents will watch it with us,since we often watch movies in the den with my parents if it is a movie they want to see as well because it is sort of a family thing for the four of us,and I think the plot of the movie looks very good because from what I have seen in previews it is about a girl named Penelope who has the nose of a pig,and she goes around hiding her nose because she is afraid of what people will say,and the whole time she is trying to find love,and then she finds someone who does not care about the way she looks but likes her for who she is,which I think the point of the story is that looks are not that important,what is important is what is inside a person,and that true beauty comes from within,and you need to love someone for what they have on the inside,which is a good heart,because if you judge people by the way they look you are not only hurting them,but you are hurting yourself and you are making yourself look like a bad person.

I enjoyed the movie Penelope. The story is certainly unique, in its own way. I think it was well done and well written. A nice story for the family.

I liked very much the movie Penelope. The story was great: how she got cursed years before, and Max couldn't break it, so she thought that he hates her. In the end, like in fairy-tales, everything was perfect. Max, on his real name Johnny, proved that he really loved her, because he kissed Penelope, without to know that the curse was broken. I also liked the actors: Christina Ricci and one of my favorite actor, James McAvoy.

I've got to say that the storyline is truly unique lol... i liked it a whole lot... it had the whole thing about accepting who you are but in the same instance still wanting to change a part of yourself in hopes of becoming a better person. Truly nice movie.
