Hi alleroid. Thank you for sharing your feeling of your first flight. Well believe many of us including myself had to fly many many times. To me most of trips on job are part of my job, I enjoy my vacation flights.

I Love flying in an airplane. I've flown in a few commercial planes, and also float planes in Canada. Some day my dream is to have my pilots license so I can fly back and forth from Canada and the States. It would be a lot quicker than driving. I too always like to get a window seat and look at everything below.

Yes , I have taken airlights many times , trans-pacific and trans-atlantic. Some flights were really very long flights.

No, and I don't think that I ever will.. I am so afraid of heights that are high in the sky...

I was on an airplane when I went to Hawaii in the summer the summer before this past one. I really hated having to first wait for the guy to take us and our bags to the airport, then we waited there for hours, then the flight gets delayed and we wait more hours. At least in the plane you can look out the window if you're so lucky, but I wasn't. There was a TV in the seat and I did have books to read and paper to draw on, so the ten hours actually weren't too long when I was on the plane itself!
