Do u snoor in the night? do u feel when u snoor?anyone noticed ur snooring?

HI I sometimes snoor very hardly..but i cant feel..i know this becoz one day when i m sleeping i m snooring very hard like a snake and my mom took a video and showed me the next hour...i really dint believe it..and then i thought not to snoor again...bt it happens when we r in deep sleep...what about you...any one noticed ur snooring? r u surprised?

I only snore when I am severly congested, and then i am not even sure I can consider it snoring. . .
My boyfriend and my mom both snore in their sleep. My boyfriend never feels himself snore, however my mom feels it when she snores loudly and it will actually wake her up.

Hi gauthami,till a couple of years back i was very proud of the fact that i never snore,then one day while discussing on snoring my wife told me that i myself snore.initially i thought she was joking but later even my daughter confirmed that.i felt bad and i still do but its not in our control.its all due to congestion.now am a bit ok as i found even my wife snoring at times though not regularly but hers is very mild.
