Stars are the ones that show our ratings. Now you have 86 posts right. Once when you reach 100 you will get a star near your name too. The rating varies from 1 to 10. Each number will have a different color. 10 is the highest. Just aim to get 10. Star doesn't affect our earning. But still when you aim to reach the highest rating, you will give quality posts. When you see a quality post or quality response try to rate then Positive. The same happens for you too. Your ratings will increase if your post are of good quality.
