I just realised a gold star with an eight in it on my mylot ranking

Despite being ranked 2317 in mylot.com ,I noticed a gold star beside my name what is that for .I was somewhat surprised though happy since it must be some sort of achievement but I didnt understand how that was possible given my ranking . It obviously couldnt be my ranking so what does it signify

It is simple, every time you make a comment or start discussion, there is + or - sign in the bottom right cornet of your post. Other myLotter can assess the quality or relevance or just like your post so they mark it +, every time you get this + your star rank will increase, on the other hand every time you get - you rating will decrease. This rating have no big value because it can be manipulated easily.

It's not an 8 because you are still a 9 becasue it says so. I too wonder what it is, but I don't see a gold star by your name...maybe only you can see it.

cool.. i got a gold start sa well, the best u can have it a blue (10) gold means an eight ;)
