Can you recommend a nice hotel in manila?

I am not really familiar with the place and i need to stay there for one week. I wanted an affordable place to stay that is really clean and relaxing as well...preferable near the international/ domestic airport and not also far from businesses, then nice and decent neighborhood as well.
