what you usually do when you are broken hearted?

many times, people got so oppressed by their partners and it is through cheating, individual differences and etch. and sometimes, when people got so into the hurtful stage and reached their downiest moment. they do silly things in order to forget the past hurtful events. that's why many have been a loner. how about you? what do you usually do when someone broke your heart?
