why can't i link my nexG card??

i've checked in rm200 in my nexG account...so, i'm so excited that i'll get paid via paypal..but suddenly, when i tried to link my nexG card, it rejected...why??did i done anything wrong??i tried both...first...the top numbers..it rejected..then, i tried the bottom number...rejected also...can someone help me to resolve this problem??
