Why not applied a credit card ? I have 2 credit cards, and I bought mobile phone, buy computer before i have enough money to buy, then I pay back the credit card when my salary is paid. I don't like to borrow money from my friends, because it would make me feel embrass when I meet them, ir I fail to return to them on time.

i like both buying if you love the manga you can buy it or just watch it on the internet but if you hear some manga you never heard of just borrow it from a friend so just in case you don't like it just give it back

I have no other option but to buy manga I know no one to share manga with and our libraries do not carry manga either. Of course you can pick up cheaper manga online you could apply for a debit card instead and use that to buy them online, or write reviews for other online sites which pay in amazon vouchers or something and pay that way.I also have a pet peeve of borrowing things then forgetting that I borrowed them so people have to ask or remind me to give them back but that is just me personally.

I do agree that borrowing from friends is quite hard, especially if you have to trouble your friend to bring out the mangas to you. In addition, if the manga series is still on-going, it's really not nice to ask your friend everytime the next issue is out. In Singapore, we do have the option to borrow mangas from our local libraries, although you have to do an online search first if the title is available and the branch where they have the manga. For me, I will buy the manga if I really like it (had to save up money for the manga). Otherwise, I see if the local library or if my sister did buy the manga. Another way is that you could read the manga scanlations online. There are a few of them on the internet. You can just do a search for it.

I hate, HATE, borrowing Manga from people. I hate when people are like, "I can give you some manga to read if I can borrow these manga from you." It's almost a pet peeve for me. I tell people that they can read it while they are at my house, and if they want to do a group thing like that then we can just read each others' manga at my house or something like that. I hate carrying manga around because it seems like they are just so easy to destroy. Also, I like adding to my collection.
