Live the moment.. But how ?

As all of you must be aware that all of us always keep complaining about the current situation. Some want to go back to the childhood days and some want to become big and earn more. But in this process we forget to live the current time , the current moments. Do you believe that wen shoudl live the moment ? if yes how?

I believe that you should always take the time to appreciate where you are in life. Too many people are concerned about where they are headed or where they have been and forget about the here and now. My youngest daughter graduated from high school this past spring and I told her to enjoy every moment of her senior year because she would miss school once she was out. She took my advice and is glad that she did.
