Nice A$$

As a young girl, ive worked in different places, but nothing compares to what you see in restaurants. My Q is, is it ok for your boss, like the one who can fire you on the spot, to treat you like meat because he knows he has that control? No i dont think so, but i was in a position one time where the big boss came in almost every night for a meal and only had the "hot" waitresses wait on him. Regardless of what labels, he deemed me his favorite, and one time he slapped my a$$ when i was walking away. i was in no position to lose a job, and needed every single shifts money to make ends meet considering i was also in school full time. What would you have done? It ruined my night, and as a girl, who lost a ton of weight and used to be extremely self concious and wanted attention but never got it, now there is nothing more that makes me angry than being treated like a piece of meat, i lost weight to feel good about myself, for noone else. Ladies??

Speaking as a man whose daughter is a waitress to pay her way through college, I am outraged at that guy's behaviour. It is bullying and abusive not to say harassing. Did he own the restaurant or just manage it. If he was the manager I would have reported him to Head Office. If he owned it then I would have thought hard about my job and then carefully and deliberately poured hot coffee in his lap. Just an "accident"! I hope that you never have to experience such a thing again.

no he unfortunatly was the boss, and one of the biggest owners in the city, everyone knows him. hes so old and gross to. i have family overseas and to be able to see them i had to work as much as i could when i wasnt in school. needless to say i graduated in may and left that place so happy. its sad because some of the other waitresses were jealous..jealous of being treated like that. this world is a cycle, girls like me get treated like that because others allow boys to do that. working there taught me a lot about guys, mostly sad things, but also that i could get money out of it, which is so sad but true. i hope your daughter never has to deal with that, thanks so much for your response.
